I've always thought they are very nice people in here, whenever I go in to get food for the pets. But today they get a review because they are simply AMAZING nice people! I spoke to Jen on the phone with concerns regarding my budgie and she was so kind and was able to give me tons of useful information!! Thumbs up!
Best pest shop around. The prices are extremely affordable, and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. I needed to find a very specific dog food for my dog, they didn't have the brand I usually get but the manager took the time to look up one that matches the ingredients. Not only that but I got a thank you card for being a 1st time customer, and a free sample of another type of food to try for my puppy. Best dog food experience by far. I left the building smiling and I'm a pretty pessimistic person.
Really impressed by Justin and the staff here. Easily the most helpful pet store experience I've ever had and one of the nicest pet store environments I've ever been in.
Always had great experiences here. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Competitive prices on everything I've purchased. I only live a few blocks away and go pretty frequently and would certainly recommend!
