Absolutely fabulous, locally owned, family run, knowledgeable and friendly. I refer everyone that I possibly can to this pet store. Their knowledge and expertise are healthiest best options for my beloved furry family and I am forever loyal to them.
Pretty disappointed. Went there to get a few supplies. I walked in the store, walked by several employees that avoided eye contact, not even a hello. I asked a lady for am item, she ignored for a moment, then responded rudely and said "what.." I try to support my local fish store but it's hard when the store makes you feel like the customer isn't important. I'll just stick to buying online.
I will always put my money in to locally run businesses rather than a corporate super center !!!
I like this place because it is not a big named store it is locally owned. But the price is reflect that, they do not have very competitive prices, except on crickets, that I have seen. I did buy my kitty from there, which I swear I would never do because it is a run-of-the-mill kitty that I spent $150 on, because I fell in love. I would never spend that kind of money on a stray cat unless I was going to the Humane Society and even then I would not spend $150! The place always stinks because there are so many aquariums, if I were into fish I'm sure they have a bigger selection than bigger name stores. This really is a go-to place but I feel like they could clean, reorganize, it really does need to be updated on the interior with lighting and flooring. The people are nice, and semi informative.
Old fashioned, family owned and operated pet store! Awesome, ever changing selection, and always really great customer service.
There is always someone willing to answer questions, help you find what you are looking for, or just about anything else.
Prices are really good and it beats shopping at a pet chain store hands down!!!
They have the friendliest pup and kitty that live in the store and they are so loveable.
Very nice employees also friendly animals are in good condition like how it local many animals the employees are nice you remember you as you come more often and very friendly I love this pet store
