We had wonderful customer service with Suddath Relocation. Our goods arrived in excellent condition (even the items that had glass were fine) and the drivers unloaded the truck and put them exactly where we asked - on more than one occasion they asked if there was anything else they could do for us. Whenever you move, and have to rely on someone else to take good care of you things, stresses can arise - but none of that happened here! Suddath helped us relocate an office of 17 people. just the initial thought of moving was enough to make me question the relocation! After my first meeting with Ryan Throop, all my concerns went away. Ryan and his team took care of everything. from providing lockable boxes for all our files, to completely disassembling and reassembling all of our furniture. on moving day, all I had to do was point where I wanted things in the new office. what a great team, and an amazing experience!
