I will never consider another storage company, ever. The customer service is unmatched anywhere, not just the self storage industry. All the units are brand new as of September 2016, so they're clean and give you a sense of security. There's always a manager during business hours, who is happy to help when necessary and answer any and all questions. I highly recommend, a great overall experience that exceeded all expectations and set the standard.

Do it at the front desk is totally crazy. But we liked him! He said it was pretty cool to be weird. We like that because weird is a term of perception.
I initially was hesitant to rent at this location because of the area but she explained the security measures taken here to protect me and my stuff I am storing.
I chose extra space storage because it was the cheapest storage unit I could find. It turned out to be a great decision because the units were not only inexpensive, clean, and in great condition, but the staff was also extremely kind and helpful. When I first moved in Andrew helped me find my unit and even load some stuff. He's often around the actual units, not just in the office, making sure carts are available and everything is in order, and he's always incredibly friendly. I was confused about my move-out date and ended up checking out a day late and they backdated it in their paperwork for me so I wouldn't have to pay extra. Overall great experience!
Very clean, very well-secured storage facility, just up the Banfield Expressway from downtown Portland. Cameras everywhere and hallways that light up like a space ship as you walk through them leave you with a feeling of security. Would recommend.
Julie the assistant manager that rented me a storage unit today was friendly and helpful! She walked.me through each and every step which I really appreciated as I was not familiar with the type of lock used here. She took her time answering all my many questions.
