Troy is a liar, cheat, and a thief that works in the office. He will give you a quote then change it when the job is done. Check your card statements and bank accounts. He stole from me and the value was 500 dollars. He's an ex con with a drug habit. North Park should have fired him a long time ago. Make sure he doesn't handle your valuables.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! We hired them to move us from OR to SD. They LOST 11 boxes of our things as well as furniture and luggage, damaged things, carried a large portion of our items OUTSIDE the truck across the country and it arrived soaking wet, they were several days late and charged us an extra $1000 than promised. Even though we purchased their highest level of insurance, they are giving us the runaround about trying to get things replaced. Not even a word of apology, even from the company owner Mark Keller! If you care about your things, do NOT use them! Contact me if you want more details, I can verify all these facts!
