I recently sold my home and needed to store my belongings until my new home was ready. I have continued to be charged storage fees even though my belongings were delivered. I was told by the company a refund was on the way but still have not received it. I have reached out to the manager with no success. Customers beware!

it is impossible to get ahold of anyone, no one calls you back or resolves your issues. I am going on 6 months of trying to get them to resolve an issue with them.
