EDIT: Today I 'gave you another chance'. You failed miserably. I had a list of simple nuts and bolts. You had NONE of them. I asked for help, and was treated rudely. This is the last time.
They claim to have every kind of fastener, but when I asked for t-slot bolts (to go with the t-slot track and clamps they sell), the guy had no idea what I was talking about. Even after I showed him exactly what I needed, he said "we don't sell anything like that". I'll buy my tools and hardware somewhere else.
Great hardware store. Always seem to get what I need. Staff is always helpful.
I have had great customer service and found almost everything I need every time I visit Parkrose. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they carry a great selection of hardware, fasteners, and miscellaneous other goods. The only complaint I have is that they can be a bit pricey, but I always find it worth it for the service and selection.
Good store, you can find just about anything you need. Prices could be better. But overall pleased with this hardware store.
