The worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I brought in a defective cordless drill battery to have it replaced. At first they said they'd swap it out, then started 20 questioning me about it, and refused to replace it, but was more than willing to sell me another one. It's only a $12 battery, but it's the principal. I went in with the intention of buying quite a few things I need, but I'm on my way to Sears now. I run my own business, and I buy alot of tools and equipment. They've lost a life long customer. The rude manager that snickered at me is named James.
LOVE LOVE LOVE Harbor Freight Tools. Right across the state line, zero taxes, and best of all if there is a problem, they take the product back. No questions asked. They even do it with a smile on their face. Unlike Walmart now days that seems to interrogate you when their poor quality tools break or won't work. Great customer service and attitudes.
Great store with great managers , I like them the tool rank at total will be 4 star but as store management is great
Bought lots of things here for home, shop, auto and garden. Great prices. Friendly staff. Most staff familiar with inventory. Always seems to be someone there who does know. Also, fair (90 day) return policy.
