I would have given no stars if I could. Over the past 42 years I have bought 6 racks from this company. The new owner has a lot to learn about customer service. I've been self employed 38 years and know a little about customer service. I needed a small extension on my rack to prevent ladder damage to my $2,000 canopy. Minor deal. Small job. Easy to do. He should have done this the first time. The owner said they don't do add ons. Say what ?!? His only reason was that he was busy. What a rude smarmy chump. Maybe he was stoned or hungover or both. What a complete jerk! Go somewhere else. Steer clear of this place.

we have purchased several ladder racks for our fleet from these guys, and the quality is worth the wait. usually takes 4-6 weeks, but the quality is amazing and reasonably priced and Craig gave us great customer service. as long as you have some time, this is the perfect place for a custom rack!! thanks truck rack for a job well done!!
