This is the best auto shop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good prices, and quick service. I was treated with honesty and respect, and that goes a long way for me. Thanks- I will be back!
Short Summary: Takes well beyond promised time to complete tasks, horrible at staying in touch, chargers well over average prices of repairs, tried to replace a part that did not need replacing, yet were so incompetent they had forgotten to do so and still took my money for the work and parts.
Recently bought a used truck and found out the heater core was going bad. Trying to save me money David suggested bypassing it till I learned more about the truck. I opted to just replace it, but thanks for being the voice of reason David.
They charge around $100 just for an inspection of your vehicle. Most other places do that for free.
Awesome place to have your vehicle worked on very trustworthy crew free knowledgeable people stand behind their work 100% tell them Pat sent you
This was by far my worst automotive repair experience. I went through these guys on two separate occasions, the second of which was much worse than the first one. First time they replaced my starter, they told me it would be done quickly, it wasn't done all the quickly and I was charged well above the average price of repairs I had found online. I thought I would give them another try anyway, potentially get a customer to business relationship with them over time as I am in need of a solid mechanic. The second task I had for them was to do repairs necessary for passing the DEQ test as I had recently moved here from Michigan. I was told they would be testing my EGR valve to see if replacement was required. After me calling them several times to check on the process, and them promising to call me when they knew more information (They never called me once). My final call was shortly before the shop closed when they told me it was ready and they were "Just about to call me". I got my car, paid for the services and everything seemed fine, the engine sounded as if it were running smoother, and I was happy. The next morning I received a phone call from them explaining they never replaced my EGR valve, apparently there was a miscommunication with the mechanic. So he instructed me to just bring my car back for another hour or so while they finished doing all the work they had charged me for the previous day. I went back, told them I didn't want their services anymore and they refunded me $180 for the EGR valve (which I had found online the same day for $70) and no refund for the labor that was charged but never completed. Today I took my car to the DEQ test after completing my drive cycles, and long behold, I passed. I never even needed to replace my EGR valve anyway, all it needed it was the cleaning they ran before the replacement they were planning. I was also promised my car would fail the DEQ test by the manager there when I asked for the refund.
