George had me on the phone for 15 minutes and after some rapid research was able to point me in the right direction. He didn't try to have me come in for any unnecessary work or troubleshooting on a vehicle he knew he could not handle. That is service with class :)

Always kind and helpful. First came here on a recommendation from a friend. Sometimes I'm on the phone or waiting at the counter for a bit but I don't even mind. One time they had trouble diagnosing my electrical issue because I failed to disclose the fact that I had plugged an adaptor into the cigarette lighter, which was shorting the system. Long story short they had to fix my car a second time and didn't charge because of their misdaignosis, based on my misinformation.
great service done on my subaru and ford ranger. stand up guys who go the extra mile. Customer service is lacking but they do what is best for the cars and customers and that is what matters.

I would never take my car anywhere but to Burnside Auto Repair! This is the only auto mechanic in town that I trust 100% to give me a fair and accurate estimate of the repairs needed for my car. Burnside Auto NEVER tries to oversell or pressure me into unnecessary work. ALWAYS quality repairs at reasonable costs. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT service. The only small problem is that Burnside Auto is SO busy that there is sometimes a bit of a wait to get my car serviced. But I would not take my car anywhere else for repairs or service, and neither would my family!
