The food is excellent. The menu is unique among regional Mexican restaurants. The ambiance at this location is more evocative of East Austin than North Portland. In this way Angel Food & Fun is great for a quick getaway!
Mendoza Taqueria is a family-owned Mexican food cart in the parking lot of Valero gas station the prices are affordable and the food is outstanding. They are closed Sundays.
Great food. The price of appetizers is typical Portland overpriced for the size. However it is the only place outside of central Mexico that my wife has enjoyed eating tacos, empanadas, and panuchos. Great food from the Yucatan peninsula. We both wanted to go back the next day. Entrees are great and have wonderful flavors. So glad we found it.
This is the best kept Lil secret in Portland! Yucatan dishes are deliciously different than regular mexican style dishes.
