I have been to Big Kahuna's before the food and service was good, but this time not so much. I ordered the half rack to go the guy told me there were 6 ribs to a half rack and I only got five, at $2 a bone I should get what they said. Not only that but they tasted like they were reheated and we're tough. Maybe leftover from a catering event? I don't maybe they're more concerned with catering than their store front customers.
The dining room is small, so only about three groups of five people can fit in the dinning room at once, but they do cater if you live in the area. I highly recommend this place to any traveler to the Portland area.
This place is fantastic. I've never had pork ribs made this good, and the Kahlua pork was melt in your mouth good. You almost hate to put sauces on anything as they are delicious, but damn if they aren't fantastic. I highly recommend the Spicy BBQ and Teriyaki, which had a real depth of flavor that you can't really explain but you sure as hell can enjoy.
Food was disgusting. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and the chicken had a very rubbery texture and tasted and smelled horrible. The service was great but the food made me puke.

They came and catered food to all the workers on our construction site and the delivery was perfect! He set everything up and tended to the food for us. Along with the excellent service the food was outstanding.
