I had the best experience ever his name was Jay and he was a really nice guy and he was really fast I would recommend this company to anyone who gets locked out
The keys and all my mother's vital posessions got locked in the car and we called these guys to come help open it. It was past 10p and they here before we realized it and had the car unlocked in less than 5 mins. He was very professional and clean-cut. A very knowledgeable and kind person. He showed some the best customer service that I've had from anybody. He gave good suggestions on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I highly recommend this place to rescue you when you are in a bind.
Highly recommend! Scott W was professional and knowledgeable. He had a challenging job and gave his all until the job was done.
Scott he was prompt to show up and he was very fast with getting in my car. No wait at all! I would highly recommend Scott!
Here's my experience, and please note that the dollar numbers coincide exactly with the Tigard Animal Hospital review...which can't be a coincidence. I called to get an estimate for replacing my front door lock. I was electronically transferred to someone who answered 'service'. 'Service'' started off by saying there was a $15 service fee and changing a lock costs around $25 per lock. I told him there would be some modification required to the existing hole/template in the door since the new lock I bought would not fit. He said that would be more work and that it would be $85. I agreed and was told that someone would be there in two hours. An hour later, another person, the 'technician' called and said they would be there in 25 minutes. When that person arrived, he said the cost would be $200. I explained my conversation with 'service' but was told that 'service' is simply a dispatcher and does not know what the costs are. There was the $15 service fee, the $35 mileage charge, and the standard $150 to install a new lock. I replied that 'service' didn't mention a mileage fee and certainly not a $150 new install charge. "Technician' told me I should have asked him when he called and said he was on his way. How the heck am I supposed to know I have to ask for a second real quote?? If 'service' is the first point of contact with the company and 'service' doesn't know the costs, then 'service' shouldn't be quoting anyone. I had already had a reasonable quote from another locksmith (about $100). 'Technician' then offered to take $50 off... exactly the same as described in the Tigard Animal Hospital review. I paid the gentleman his $15 service fee and sent him on his way. It didn't matter if he was going to do it for free at that point. All trust was lost...that is no way to do business. I suspect that 'service' has a pool of 'technicians' that is called on, and they don't actually work solely for the business... just a guess. But overall it was an aggravating experience and I'm out $15.
