They gave my dad the best treatment they could and sent him to specialists in his autoimmune disease. I believe this Hospital still holds values for their patients, and has one of the best Neurologists in the state.
Came in because I have health anxiety and thought everything could be wrong with me. The staff didn't treat me like I was crazy, they were very compassionate and understanding. They ran every test they could just to put my mind at ease without even raising an eyebrow at it. They were absolutely amazing and I would send any of my loved ones here for any kind of care. Absolutely perfect.
Cafeteria is good but my wife died due to malpractice. Truly a mixed bag.
Superb Care. I came in with a fever and beyond sick, I have never ever been so sick in my life. I came in at a perfect time, no one in the ER, I went back within 20 min. I was so weak I couldn't raise my head or walk. The room made me feel safe, the nurses came in and within 5 min. of seeing me hooked me up to an IV I was dehydrated they ran blood tests, chest Xray, Throat culture, The male Doctor was superb. So kind and caring. I got my juice in me and felt better, and safer. It turned out a virus it lasted 3 weeks, another week of being able to get strength back. Thank you so very much Providence ER you treated me with the utmost respect and care like a hug from your grandmother when your sick. Just what I needed. I will never ever go anywhere else If I have a say in it. YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!
just spent a couple of hours in the ER with a friend this week. everyone here was friendly. the receptionist proactively looked out for me. registration was painless. the doc was easygoing & still human. nurses were competent, warm and worked great as a team. they assumed I was his partner and were respectful & welcoming I have worked in hospitals and spent more than my share of time in them and am generally pretty cynical coz of that. I didn't have a single untoward experience which is very rare in an ER under our current healthcare system. i was spectacularly impressed. thanks to everybody particularly Kyle & Michelle.
