On a pretty modest budget my girlfriend and I were able to furnish our entire new apartment with extremely nice furniture. When our furniture was delivered there was a minor scuff on our recliner which really was near unnoticeable. When the owner, Brett called me personally to see if I was happy with my purchase I briefly mentioned it. He offered to replace it immediately which I said was unnecessary. He wasn't comfortable letting it go and instead he had a furniture repair person come out and fix the scuff the next day and it was good as new. Talk about service!
The environment of the store is not that of a hustle and bustle corporate sales floor but instead like a quaint mom and pop shop where the customer's needs outweigh pushing out high volume of sales at all costs. It's such a laid back atmosphere they even have their family dog Clover running around to keep you company!
I am a returning customer and the service has always been outstanding. This time around, one of the pieces of the set I purchased arrived later than expected. However, after explaining to them that it was important I had it delivered by a specific day and time (due to family visiting from out-of-town), Scott went above and beyond by arriving 2 hours early to work and personally delivering this missing piece to my house. Excellent service. We found a sectional we liked, they custom built it for us while being much cheaper than their competitors. They also delivered in a very timely fashion and were just in general very easy and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be back in the future.
