The warranty can't be beat!
We purchased a leather sofa from a La -z -boy about 10 years ago. It is still the most comfortable for anyone who chooses to sit or lay down on. We recently moved and decided after looking at other furniture stores, that we appreciated the comfort, quality and the many fabric options available. Our 2 chairs were just delivered today and they are the perfect addition. They are also made in America!
The extensive selection of recliners in the showroom is a big plus. Our custom order of two powered recliners and an ottoman was placed with very helpful input from Michael. Items were delivered in 7+ weeks and were exactly as ordered. One defect noted: Don't know the exact terminology, but on one recliner, a keeper was missing on a pin that holds one end of an electric actuator. Looking at the pin closely, a hitch pin was never installed. The electric actuator would have eventually come lose after the retaining pin fell out. We installed a metal key ring to hold the pin in place. We easily spotted this oversight that the factory worker and inspector both missed.
The staff was warm and friendly. Nollie is practical and sweet when it comes to finding something that works for you and your family. She had ready answers for all of my questions as it was my first big purchase. Will definitely be back after I finish paying off my current item with their same as cash 12 month financing.
We have refreshed and redecorated two rooms with the knowledgeable, and kind people at La-Z-Boy. The Delta Park ,Oregon store is our preferred store. From the visit to our home by the design consultants, the follow up viewing of possible furniture pieces. Ordering and sale, even delivery and set-up was spot on. Had one piece that had a sticky drawer. No problem , a replacement was delivered promptly the next week. They make it painless and enjoyable to redecorate . We will use them again for sure !
I love the store. It's always appealing with the furniture settings and such a big variety of displays. I started shopping at this location almost 20 years ago. Your sales people are always courteous and helpful. Thank you for keeping your customer service alive!
