I was in search of a specific kitchen table and was having no luck everywhere else. I remembered my friend telling me about euro classic furniture and how much his wife loved it there. I will say she was spot on! Tatiana and Kristina we're very helpful and prompt! They found me exactly what I was looking for and gave me a great deal! I will do all my future furniture shopping here!!!
Amazing store! Beautiful furniture. No pressure sales. What an amazing family. They made my father and I feel so welcome. They made us an amazing deal on an entire living room set. Free delivery and long term repairs/reupholstery (if needed). The furniture is beautiful, well made, and priced Right. I will never shop big box stores for furniture again. After searching the entirety of the greater Portland metro area, this is the only furniture place with a good selection. Everywhere else has only cookie cutter rehashes of 90's style furniture.
Absolutely horrific experience. They do not disclose that all merchandise is non-refundable, you are forced to buy something else from the store if you have to return items. In addition, all the orders that we tried - five times - were wrong - color not as in catalogue, broken, out of stock, wrong item, etc. Communication is awful - they will not answer calls, return calls asking for status updates, store will be closed when they should be open per stated operating hours. At the end, they agreed to refund me due to their failure to fulfill the order, and then did not process the refund, and stopped taking my calls, I left messages for two weeks and eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Shame on this company, they do business like in Russia, except, thank God we have consumer protection rights in the USA.
I found my sectional on Facebook marketplace and it's beautiful! Dianka was super helpful and sent me tons of photos since I couldn't come to the showroom. They have great customer service and the delivery drivers were stellar! I'm definitely going to use them again and I recommend using them!
