Had a great experience buying a sectional. I would definitely go back. Very clean, professional and experienced staff with no pressure.
I took time off work and after waiting about an hour into the service window I looked at my home phone and realized I had a message that my service had been canceled because I didn't confirm the appointment (even though I did). I called service again. They can't come out today, they have rescheduled me for another week from now. They won't let me return my broken couch and are insisting on sending a service person to look at it. Now I have to take time off of work again a week from now so they can say the couch doesn't work and then schedule it to be replaced, assuming they will actually show up. Who knows how long the replacement is going to take, and I'll probably have to take time off again for that. So here I am about 2 months after I purchased the couch and I still don't have one that works. This company clearly doesn't care about me as a customer so they have lost me as one.
I will never shop here again. I bought a couch and chair that took two weeks to deliver. An hour after I received it the power recliner on one side stopped working. I called customer service and scheduled an appointment to have someone come out and look at the couch. They couldn't schedule me for almost a month. I waited. The day came and I hadn't heard a thing, I called customer service again and they somehow have no appointment scheduled for me. So I schedule another one.. This time about two weeks out and I waited. Today's the day, this time they called and left messages and sent texts to my home phone. I realized yesterday they had sent these since I don't check my home phone often and had asked that they call my cell. So I responded YES to a text (my home phone service offers texting abilities) and got a response back saying my appointment has been confirmed.
Worst retail experience I’ve had by far. Our sales agent, Chad, was laid back and let us shop the store on our own. Once we had made our choice the purchase process was nice and easy. We were told that our purchase would be there no later then 1 week. A week later we had not herd anything about our order, called and were told it would be another week ...
One of the reasons we made this purchase is that it would be here before Thanksgiving.
We were connected to Chad, he was extremely rude, took zero responsibility, and was unable to help in any way. When I asked if we could purchas the floor model as was needed our otder ASAP due to the holiday, he said no and that “they” wouldn’t let him. When I asked to talk to a manager he claimed to be the manager, which I find interesting as I read the reviews there appears to be many “managers” at this locations. I am completely disheartened by the lack of customer service. No phone call was made to us to let us know our purchase would be late and not even an attempt at an apology was made.
When we got in the store, we were approached by a salesman named Sam. We strongly recommend him. Not only has he found us what we were looking for, but he build a relationship with us. Was friendly and very respectful throughout the whole time, we even went back the next day. He got us some additional discounts. Definitely top-of-the-line customer service. He was also knowledgeable about all the materials The furniture was made out of.. Strongly recommend him..
I very much appreciated the initial contact with the sales staff. Sascha made his introductions, then left us to explore the store on our own. We found some terrific bargains for my daughter and Sascha provided great information regarding purchase and delivery in my home town which is 550 miles away. I would definitely visit this store again!
I’m sorry, but when you provide customer service to someone and you give them incorrect information or something goes wrong you do everything you can to make it right. Chad did absolutely nothing, not even an apology. We will never shop here again, and are considering canceling our order just because of the horrible customer service. Think twice before shopping with this company, the customer and their word is not their priority. Had everyone just been upfront and honest we would not be so upset but we were treated as if we were the problem. When paying thousands of dollars for something you expect to at least be treated like a human.
Chad simply told us we could just cancel our order then and pick something else out. First of all, we want what we picked out originally and guess what, it takes 7-10 days to get your money back. So we can’t simply just pick out something else, we need to wait to get our money back first.
