After looking at new fixture stores in the area and also looking online and finding the same items over and over, I have started looking here first.
Most helpful, friendly staff! Katie helped me search to find the perfect mannequins for our photoshoot. Not to mention, helped me dress many in bike shorts to find the best fit.
The best customer service ever
I can't understand how the one star ratings could happen based on our experience. These folks were so kind and patient with my wife and I today. Holly was an absolute peach and dedicated several hours of her morning/afternoon guiding us all through the store. We drove 4 hours from eastern Oregon to shop this store before we open our first retail store and all of the staff from Holly to the team of cashiers to the warehouse guys were top notch. Can't rave enough about these very sweet people. You made it so easy to one stop shop with you Portland Store Fixtures, when we're back in town we'll see you again for certain.

Stopped by this place for the first time today after seeing an ad on Craigslist for a mini fridge. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and gave us a great deal. I don't have a retail space but if I did this would be a fun place to find secondhand items in good shape! Mannequins, shelving, boxes, bags, signage and tons more. They also have an amazing shop dog: a huge malamute! Great experience all around.
PS they also have new merchandise.
I really like this shop. Like most used merchandise businesses, you can find unique items that you can't find at new merchandise only, shops.
