The staff in the store are helpful and knowledgeable. The service department is outstanding. We moved 2 years after purchasing a table and it was damaged during the move. The service department order the part and installed it for us. Thank you so much!
Great place for quality furniture. Delivery went as scheduled and a forgotten piece delivered later without fuss or charge. Waiting on special delivery chairs from Italy and have been in touch with the store during this time.

Good looking furniture, but salespeople are not helpful. Called ahead the day before Memorial Day, was told they close at 4. Came in to look at a few color swatches at 3:48,the store was already closed. The salesperson leaving the parking lot said she could not get us in. Online info and phone answering machine states they close at 5. Wasted time driving 20 miles one way.
