My husband and I had help from Marta, she was awesome! Because buying furniture is like buying a car, she made it easy, fun and did all of it with integrity. We walked away feeling confident in our purchases and got a killer deal. Let’s hope the delivery comes through just as smooth...I will update my review after delivery.
My mother 's doctor said mom needed an adjustable bed. I knew her bed was at least 20 years old and had a foam topper on it. We shopped around and ended up at Ashley Home store where we met Pat Weir, the assistant manager. Mom is not an easy sell, very particular and demanding, but she was impressed, as we were. She laid on the bed for 45 minutes playing with the remote while Pat explained the warranty and figured out the best price with mattress pad. He knew what he was talking about and patiently explained everything in detail including how her headboard would need an adapter and the break-in period for the mattress. Mom handed over her credit card. She was sold and happy and looking forward to the delivery of her new 2-way adjustable bed.
I purchased over $11,000 of furniture yesterday and the service I received from Gabie was unsurpassed. He was not pushy but extremely helpful. He quickly learned my likes and dislikes and helped me to decorate 4 rooms. He was more concerned with getting me the items I liked rather than selling the most expensive item to 'make the sale.' The process took about 4 hours as there was a lot of furniture to pick out but I would highly recommend Gabie and Ashley Furniture in Jantzen Beach. They are my new one-stop furniture store. Thanks Gabie and Ashley Furniture! - I am having to lower my stars as Ashley Furniture has let me down. 1. I was told furniture would be able to be delivered in 24 hours - wrong they changed it to 2 weeks, 2. I got another call 3 days before delivery telling me they couldn't find the address for routing...they had the wrong address and they can't fix it unless I call the store, 3. Come to find out not all the furniture will be available in even 2 weeks - we have to wait 3 additional weeks for a complete delivery 4. With all the money spent I was told the store owner would be contacting me....didn't happen. They get you in with the great buying experience but then they can't deliver as promised. And it takes numerous calls to figure this out! Not shopping here ever again. I'd rather pay more money for better service!
Pat was AWESOME! So helpful, including moving furniture around so we could visualize. Great showroom and more than competitve prices and finance options. Will be back if other needs arise!
Gabriel and Mike are phenomenal they made my furniture purchasing experience enjoyable. Their knowledge of their product is outstanding. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by the outstanding level of customer service from Gabriel. I felt as though I was at my local Porsche dealers level of care and customer service. I can not recommend shopping for furniture any where else. Please stop in and you will be just as pleasantly surprised as I was. In today's abysmal environment in retail customer service. Gabriel and Mike stand as perfect examples of how everyone should be but rarely are .
