Now on to my Doctor.
Well this place is a joke.
Poor & unprofessional lately.Drs should never force a 18 year old to take antidepressants when the patient says they're not depressed at all especially when the visit had nothing to do with any mental issues.They should also not tell a child to not talk to their parents about things.They should not tell a patient they are wrong about what that person knows their insurance covers just to make a quick dime off of making u buy pills they subscribe.And to top it off the doctor is against natural vitamins to remedy things.Its all about pushing pharmacutical's to get an extra dime.Have had the same insurance for many many years (husband has worked for the same company for 18 years the insurance is offered through) I have a family of 7.Been going there since 1998.Guess what South Tabor family physicians u have lost several patients after almost 20 years.Hope the doctors learn from this review & can do better.SMH!
Very disappointed with the lady who did my knee X-ray. I had my 4 years old with me, agreed to go to hallway when nurse comes in. And this lady comes in very loud, says "You can't have your child in here" just walks in with this sentence! I told her to let me know when she's ready so that I can send my child out, She goes, "huh" looking from above her glasses, I was pretty upset by that time and went to her tone and said " did you hear me" and she goes " Oh I'm sorry, yes I did", which scared by child and denied to go out leaving her mom with this extremely rude person. I did mentioned her that she wasn't being polite to her patient and the child, after which she started acting normal. I know it's for my child's safety, and there's no way I was going to keep her in during the procedure, but her way of talking , acting like she's dealing with an object is not acceptable. I talked with the receptionist, her response was "some people are not kid friendly" , really! not going back!
All in all this place just tries to turn over as many patients as fast as possible and only cares about getting the $$$, they could care less about your actual well being. Do yourself a favor and find a better facility
I had a torn left labrum, which I requested(actually begged the Doctor to prescribe me) an MRI to confirm.
I have had to wait for my scheduled appointments for an hour before. I missed an appointment once(car trouble) and was promptly mailed a $25 late fee.
I then spoke with multiple surgeons and the clear consensus was I needed surgery in order to have my shoulder back, the Labrum tear was bad, all the way through top to bottom.
He thought X-rays would do(clearly that money goes to him and the office he works out of).
After the MRI confirmed my torn Labrum, my Doctor said let's do physical therapy, he knows my job is labor intensive because I informed him of this.
I have been coming here for more than a decade. Have occasionally seen other providers when mine was out and they have all been fantastic. Wait times have been reliably short and the staff is hugely professional and competent. Also a major plus: the place is very clean - important when you're dealing with a medical facility.
I’ve never left a review for anything but I feel the need to do just that for this medical practice. I’m new to Oregon and have been looking for a Doctor. I found this practice and couldn’t be happier. The associates at the front desk were so kind, and Dr. Reese was amazing. He spent a good amount of time with me, explained what the plans are and just made me so comfortable. Thank you so much.
After surgery I've been recovering and it's amazing what I can do again.
