But at the end, he billed ALL the items as dignostic and refused to change it, including all basic annual check up items. He refused to change the billing code even after I reminded him.
Dr. Lan has been a wonderful doctor for me and my family.
I am disputing the charges with Legacy and I will NEVER use this doctor and Legacy any more.

I found him to be condescending, superior, and completely lacking in empathy. For the first time, I was glad that moving forced me to another clinic.
I went to see him for my annual preventive check up and asked if the lab items (blood tests) he prescribed are part of the preventive check which would be covered by my insurance. He told me yes.
