Missing link is my favorite bike shop to get work done on my bike. The employees are down to earth, and super competent bike mechanics. I love that missing link gets the work done quickly.

Great service, very knowledgeable, friendly. A great bike community resource in SE Portland. Also they are open 7 days a week which is very helpful for the minor fixes that our bikes occasionally need.

small repairs and adjustments i come in for almost always get done on the spot for a reasonable price; bigger stuff gets done pretty quick in the winter, but in the summer they get pretty busy and you might have to wait (it's a small shop). not a ton of accessories, but they've got the staples - lights, helmets, mirrors, locks, pumps, etc. - and it's all good quality.
always super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. sad to see Matt go (i love him!) but James, the owner, is just as knowledgeable and ready with tips and suggestions.
I got a flat tire on my commute home - stopped by The Missing Link and was on my way in no time at all! The man who helped me was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He kept me informed about everything he was doing and the time and cost it would take to fix. I was impressed with the shop and the location is perfect :) I'll be back (but hopefully not with a flat)! Thank you!!!
