We went elsewhere and saw my same bike was $100 less at the independent shop and they fixed my steering and installed the item correctly for me. Even though I didn't buy it there. If you're despirate for a part or replacement tire...try them. If you want to see a lot of different bikes to compare, go here. But do some shopping at many stores before you pay too much. And go elsewhere to get hardware installed or fixed on your bike.

We went to the store to get a new helmet and some mtb grips. The people there were very responsive, respectful, and helpful in all ways. No one was rude and we even got the helmet for 10% off. Would gladly go there again and will recommend to anyone because they sell all levels of road, mountain, and cruiser bikes and parts.
