I love my Kona Jake the Snake! I was looking for a fun do it all bike that I can commute with and they recommended the Jake. I’m always greeted by friendly staff and get great service. When I purchased my Bike they help fit me to the bike and swapped out my bars and stem for free.
Fixed my flat quick and I was back on the road $14 (6 tube & 8 labor). Even lubed my chain for free. Great place, there were lots of bikes and staff there. Busy place, must be popular.

About 200 miles in on my new bike, I started hearing a squeak and it turned out that my rear hub was defective. They unfortunately did not have the part in stock which would have put me in a pickle because this is my daily commuter. They tried a couple of options and in the end one of the staff actually donated their own wheel for me to use while mine was being warrantied. How awesome is that? It’s a bummer that the hub was defective but that stuff does happen, and they definitely did all of they could to make right something that isn’t even in their control.
