Great staff, horrible manager. I will Never support a business that treats its employees with such disregard. Everyone deserves respect and I can find another shop to go to.
These guys really are great. I found then online as a reseller for a particular part, but they didn't just sell me a part, they helped me understand all my options for potentially resolving my issue. Ultimately, they were able to vastly improve my riding experience with a less expensive and more immediate solution. I've already scheduled some follow up additions and am really excited to go back in. They're nice, welcoming, and won't make you feel like some other bike shops do if you aren't a 2 wheeled, pedal-powered expert.
Highly recommend. Pro service, great staff, and without a doubt the fastest mechanical/service shop with high-level skill in Portland. They are committed to great service and keeping my bike in top shape. I don't go anywhere else.

I rolled into PDX for a long weekend and wanted to get a few rides in. A friend suggested PBS for a rental and the crew there were great. I'll gladly return next time I'm in town.
