Just bought a Salsa Vaya bike to set up for wet weather commuting last weekend. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in getting the bike set up. I ended up bringing the wheel set back in because I had some serious issues getting new puncture resistant tires put on. The mechanic demonstrated the proper technique for changing out the tire. Then let me give it a whirl and let me use their equipment. I highly recommend Joe Bike.
