Great spot for bike maintenance! Very helpful, great rates, quick turnaround. While the shop looks barebones, Justin and the guys do a wonderful job. I'll definitely be back more often.
Justin and his crew are savvy and helpful. Crank is a friendly, upbeat bike shop. Lots of good shops in Portland, but this one is convenient and there's no attitude; everything gets done quickly and for the price quoted
These dudes are the real deal, and this place is my go-to shop for repairs and maintenance. They do great work quickly and take the time to explain the problem. They don't pressure me into doing work I don't need, and they take the time to patiently answer all of my questions. I love coming here and couldn't ask for better service.
