Great place to shop if you're looking for something relaxed, trendy, and easy to get to. However stores are slowly becoming more on the high-end side and less for a young crowd. But they do have forever 21, Charming Charlie's, and Claire's. They do need a slight upgrade in stores.

Otherwise, a shopper's paradise.
This isn't really my kind of mall. I can't say others with a more expensive, designer fashion taste might not like it but for me, a poor/middle class guy who doesn't have to have designer stuff it just really doesn't connect with me. Very few stores that would interest me. The fountain is cool in the food court. I think in the decade I've lived in Portland I've only bought food there.
This is a great upscale mall on downtown Portland. There are some high end brands located in this mall. There is an adjacent building that contains a multi-plex theater complex.
Only drawback was lack of dining options.
The mall layout and look it pretty neat. The store selection is mostly high-end, so if you're looking for a high end stores this is your place. If you are looking for something which is not high end, or it's stuff you would find at a regular shopping mall this is probably not the mall for you (hence the rating). That said, the layout and look of the mall is cool. I enjoyed coming here when I was younger when it was less of a high-end mall, but it still had a cool look.
