Be very careful walking at night.
I dont think this guy is making it up. I have been by this place and that area. Not the greatest for families. If you live there and think its nice you might be part of it. Minding your business is one thing but when i have kids and you have crazy people shooting up and fights near them its not a good place.
Where I live at Fox Run and my niece and my brother they run the place and I'm at home there they take good care of the place my brother runs all the s*** heads out of there keep the place under control and safe
I understand that people need a place to live. However, watch out here. The owner does not care about the people who are spending their hard earned money for what should be a decent place to live. The crime is bad. I lived here for 5years and at times the cop's were there nightly and sometimes for the same people. Drug's are rampant. The showers? Sure, you have plenty of hot water, but take a weapon with you! While I was there, there were people who were evicted and would sneak into the property late at night, shoot up, sleep in the restrooms! At one point they swept the roof to the office and counted over 30 needle's. There have been fight's, stabbings, shootings here, and when you tell management, owner, neither does anything. I especially liked when Becky (the owner who does a walk through once a month with her clipboard), I explained to her all what goes down...she said to me.."you live here. I don't. Call the police when you see something illegal"! DON'T! When you do, you then get told you don't know how to mind your own business and get thrown out! Ask any Portland Police Officer, or the Multnomah County Sheriff's who make their round's every week what they think of Fox Run! And the monthly rent fee is a joke when you actually check the other nearby park's. But this is one of the few that allow older motorhomes.
