It's a nice clean park. Beware they close for lunch if you're trying to check-in around noon. They close from 12 to 1pm. The restrooms are very clean and updated. The grounds are kept up. One downside is the Portland airport is near, so you hear the planes.
Love it here, staff is great, clean well run park. Locally connected, close to Jantzen beach stores, 1 exit away. Moderate prices.
This place is rated Good Sam and I'm not sure why. The sites are very small and the street noise is horrible and it is right under the flight path of Portland Airport and military flight path. We had to leave a day early and they do not refund your money even with a 4 day advance notice. They have no amenities and the rules were not enforced. I would not stay here again.
We've been here nearly a month and love it! The staff are extremely helpful, attentive, and considerate (few parks will accept and sort mail for tenants), they are fair and professional. The park is quiet, in spite of the flight activity overhead (which we personally really enjoy). The road-noise is WAY less than we experienced at our last upscale park. We love the coming-and-going activity in the park, always new people to meet and new "homes" to admire. If you are looking for ease of living, the more distant newer area has no grass or yard to get wet in the winter or maintain in the summer but looks nice and clean with shrubs and rock landscape (though they provide lawn service). The rear sites also have nice insulated water cabinets with easy access to the faucet. Internet is slow during peak hours - you just cannot stream anytime day or night. Only some sites have the ability for personal Internet accounts. Cable is available as well, but it's not the best picture. This little spot by the airport is city to the west and seems country to the east with a beautiful river to the north that can be viewed when traversing Marine Drive by car (a road with no signals for miles) -- or by bicycle on the many miles of bike paths that even saunter over into Washington State. We cannot be happier. We are here to stay! :-)
Pretty damn disgusting that some folks think highly of this place. I will take my money somewhere else were I don't live in fear.
From reading the reviews, I will not live amongst thieves and people who have no idea to run an office.
