Excellent urban wildlife/nature area. I'm always amazed at how much wildlife is in this area - river otters, mink, deer, weasels. I've even seen Sea Lions swimming by in the spring!
A pleasant place for walking, running, and biking. Beautiful and serene. There are usually people using the pathways, and all of them are nice folks. It's very safe here.
Nice veiws. Great place to get lost.
It's a wonderful place for nature photography. Also good for meditation and listening to the many birds and frogs. It's a thirty minute walk from the parking lot to the Willamette slough and back.
Great place to take a hike with your dog it's a dog park as well have fun taking the pooch out
A great place to get away from thw city while still being in it. Although there are a lot more unauthorized trails than there used to be, it's making the place lose some of its beauty.
