We were very happy with how professional the staff was. We needed a family suite and they helped us get the best room. The wifi was acceptable and the breakfast was average. The price for the room was great!
Had a great stay here, very comfortable, spa and pool in clean condition. Evening reception was crowded, but free. Hotel wifi was so slow - under 1 Mbps, but again, free. One of the rooms were had had a slight odor upon check-in, but we had no problem getting a different room and the staff didn't fuss about it at all - they just moved us on and then worried about the original room after we were taken care of. Staff was super helpful and friendly in general. The rooms had nice beds and sheets, all the furniture was in good repair and looked well matched to the room designs. Plenty of elevators and carts for luggage spread out along the length of the hotel made it very accessible. Location was easy to get to and finds but there was not a lot within walking distance. Makes a great place to stay if you've got a car. We were in town for a convention across the street, and I was real happy to have a place to go that was not surrounded by parties late into the night, or crammed full of people at all hours. We got to the hotel around 10 PM, the front counter staff was extremely attentive and fast, even with a high number of guests she had to take care of. The room was clean and organized. The bed was cozy as well. The location was perfect because it's right next to the airport where we had a flight the next day. Overall a very good experience!
Cozy, family friendly, budget friendly, hospitable staff. The building is slightly dated, but the room furnishings are updated: flat panel TV, mini fridge/freezer, and nice bedding. Free drink tickets and small bites for social hour in the evening and free breakfast buffet. Good value.
Great clean room comfortable beds nice to have two tvs for our tween daughter. Breakfast was amazing we stood at 2 other Oxfords Suites during our road trip from California to Vancouver Canada. This location had the best free breakfast. The evening reception was good. The bartender wasn't that great. But for free it's worth it. They also accept AAA and offered us a discount. $112 per night was priced right for my family of 3. We will recommend Oxford Suites.
