The staff and service people were great. The room was clean but the beds were on the hard side making it not a comfortable sleep.. Breakfast was okay, stayed two days, and the breakfast was the same both days making it a little boring. This place has been around awhile and the carpet shows a lot of wear giving it an "old" appearance. The pool {hot} tub was small and when you get a bunch of kids in there, it limits your enjoyment quite a bit. We had on our day a track team of about 12 or so young people which totally hog the pool with their actions. Would I stay again, maybe as it's not a bad place to stay, just get what you pay for.
This hotel has a nice exterior and interior. The breakfast was better quality than many of the other hotels I've stayed at. It's about 5 miles from downtown Portland, so has easy access to the city. I also like how the hotel had black out curtains so it was easy to sleep in. The pricing was excellent, and there was free parking, too. I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.
The hotel was very quiet considering next to an expressway. Very comfortable bed and nice sized television. Unfortunately there was no pool, but there was a hot tub/spa area. Staff was awesome, check in was at 3 pm but our room was ready by 1 pm which was great because we just arrived after a very long flight.
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. I’ve never been disappointed in the comfort or service. Although parts of the hotel are showing some aging, it’s obvious that effort is made to update as much as possible. My favorite things about this hotel are the daily breakfast and the shuttle service. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The nearby surrounding area seems to be having an increase in vagrants. However, they are not on the hotel property.
Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was no 4 star breakfast but it was free so no complaints from me. And check in and check was very simple and fast. A very nice stay.
