I never knew that it was possible for an attorney to have so much expertise and empathy, all wrapped up in one package. He is honest and caring, but at the same time, surpasses the legal skills of any one of his peers. Everyone deserves pay for their work. But, it really seems that Michael puts more emphasis on your financial welfare, than he does on his own. It is obvious how much he loves his job and puts his all into everything he does. He models a mastery of his profession, that should be the envy of any one of his colleagues.

Initially, contacted Michael out of frustration with my cell phone company and he gave me some solid advice which resulted in a credit to my account. At the same time, my wife was working with a personal trainer who was suddenly let go by (blank) fitness. She had paid close to a couple of thousand dollars and still had more than half the sessions to go. Sadly, the contract she signed was clear in that NO REFUNDS were to be issued. I thought we didn't have any recourse but I called Michael yet again and he took it on!
