I can not express how grateful I am that I found Jill Petty !! I had been arrested on a BS charge and hired another attorney in town. It was January of 2015 and it was very cold. I had been a very sick undiagnosed woman of 54 at the time. I had just spent a week in bed ( throwing up and not eating for days ) I had list 30lbs and looked horrible... I was starting to feel better and my husband was talking about taking an old convertible we have back to our shop where we keep it indoors. I told him I wanted to drive it back to our shop. I bundled up as the top is stuck down. I was driving the convertible back to the shop with my husband and son following a few cars behind. There was a police officer who saw me and thought I was some crack head driving the old convertible in freezing cold (30 degree) weather with the top down. He ended up taking me to jail for DUI as I did not pass his test like I told him ! At the jail they searched my belongings and at the bottom of my purse that I had not used in at least a year they found 1 beat up broken pain pill.... I ended up hiring a DUI attorney here in town. I was never charged with DUI but was charged with possession of a controlled substance. The other attorney only took lots of my money and did nothing for me ! I felt like they looked at me as if I was guilty. I couldn't take it anymore the stress from this was consuming me... I found Jill Petty and asked her if she would take over my case and she did !! Jill went as far as going down to the police to view the evidence. The evidence was 1 pain pill that looked like it had been through a rock tumbler!
