Was gifted a pair of earrings that broke after wearing them 3 minutes. My boyfriend went back the next day and they told him he could have store credit since it was broken and we didn't want the same thing to keep happening. Come to find out they lied and a year later will still only give us the earrings and no store credit. The owner has been very rude and unhelpful, saying that she can't break policy. It's her policy? Be forewarned, this owner does not care about the quality of the product she brings in and does not correct mistakes that are her fault because she chooses the venders.

Maura and Akira both made my purchase easy and as smooth as possible. They were very quick to answer questions before, during and well after purchase. I am on the other side of the country but found Twist when looking for a specific designer they worked with and I was comfortable with the entire transaction despite never setting foot in their shop. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Lot's of interesting/ different jewelry in a wide price range. Service is great. Not crazy about the no returns policy - particularly when it's a gift I'm buying.
