Wow, customer service taken to the next level! I came home tonight to find a necklace that the women at Grayling sent me after a recent visit to the shop. I have purchased a number of items over the years and when I was in the shop recently I casually mentioned an issue I have had with some pieces. They always mention that if there is any issue to bring things in but that's just hard for me. Tonight I received in the mail the piece I was admiring during my recent visit with a special note to me. I literally almost cried, it was just so touching/surprising! I felt so considered and respected as a customer.
I own many pieces from Grayling and never fail to find one that gives that "something" needed to complete an outfit! All ranges are covered from casual to formal with this expertly handcrafted jewelry. I tend to only buy jewelry when I feel it is special in some way, and Grayling is my go-to for craftsmanship, hospitality, and overall pride and purpose in what they do. I never fail to get at least one compliment when I wear something from Grayling! (especially my newest Sophia ring, out of stunning brass and sparkling smoky crystals!)

I'm not sure what is driving the culture of this shop but it always feels so wonderful when I visit and it appears that the employees are all very sincere in their dedication to serving customers and providing high quality jewelry.
I just got home from making my second Grayling purchase and I am officially a customer for life. During my first trip, I fell in love with a pair of Swarovski studs but would have preferred a silver-toned setting; within 5 minutes and for only $5 extra, the gal in the shop swapped out the setting and I had the perfect “custom” pair! The second purchase I made online for in-store pick-up. I loved being able to scrutinize my purchase (Crystalline necklace) in the comfort of my home then swing over to the shop to quickly pick it up. I’m in love with it already as well and consider myself lucky (and in trouble!) to live less than a mile away. That the company is women-owned and everything is made locally, is icing on the cake. Yours is the next best thing to fine jewelry. Don’t change a thing!
