Perfect service with patience.
My son bought a "Return to Tiffany, mini heart tag, sterling silver beaded bracelet" about a month ago from this store. He saved the bracelet as a gift and waited for the actual birthday to give this as a present. The bracelet fitted a little snug so I called on my son's behalf the sales rep, FENGLIN LI, left a message for her to please call me and to this day she has not returned my call. It's been about 2 or 3 weeks. That is very unprofessional and poor customer service.
Tiffany & Co., Pioneer Place of high end luxury items, but you can definitely find somethign special or on sale that won't break the bank. If anything you will find the perfect card for all your quirky loved ones for any occassion. The store owners are very friendly and helpful.
A very cool Tiffany & Co. From the sculpture draped entrance to the in-store seasonal Tiffany & Co. themed Christmas tree display, this location is worth the visit. The associates are welcoming & they embrace customization requests. An overall warm experience, highly recommended!
Great service if you look like you are actually searching for something, but if not then they don't care enough. We spent like 1.5 hours there and the woman who assisted us didn't seem tired of us checking out tons stuff and followed us around. But it could just be she knew we were going to spend money.
My wife and I felt full respect and served great.
