First time trying out Jhon. Jhon, the owner, is very friendly. They performed general service and cleaning on several vintage gold watches and I was very pleased. Will definitely be going back next time I am in need of watch servicing. Thanks Jhon!
My engagement ring came from Kassab and my wedding ring from Kay's. The difference in customer service is vast.
They told me several times they would call me back on an order I placed. Each and every time they failed to follow through. In the end, I would pick someone other than Kay (or Sterling Jewelers family of stores) to do business with.
an amazing team. They helped design not only my wife's engagement ring but also her wedding band which she absolutely adores. They are very responsive and involve you in the design process which is really cool and makes you feel apart of the overall design which meant a lot to me.
