I had my diamond earrings fixed there and they have a wonderful on site craftsman. They also do custom jewelry and can order whatever we want . We will be lifetime customers!!!
Penny is amazing! I lost an earring and she went above and beyond to make sure my insurance did me right! She worked very hard to get me a beutiful new pair that are even more gorgeous than the originals! We will certainly be shopping there again! We were vacationing in Cannon Beach this year and drove into Portland to look at engagement rings to take advantage of Oregon not having a sales tax. We looked at the online jewelers and visited 4 stores in Portland. We arrived at noon, so we had 5 1/2 hours to make a decision. We chose Kassab for the purchase. We worked with Penny who was fantastic and was a huge help on getting us what we wanted. Penny was also great post sale keeping us updated on the ring's status.
