He does 3 rounds of treatment for bedbugs, and after the first one I already felt relief- no more biting!
I had the best experience ever with this company. John went above and beyond making sure I had peace of mind, knew everything I needed to do on my end, and that everything would be taken care of. He sprayed my suitcase so that I wouldn’t take bugs with me when I travel (that’s how I got them in the first place…someone had brought them in on a suitcase at the AirBnB I was at).

I discovered a yellow jacket nest inside the wall of my home on a Friday afternoon. The hive was inside our bedroom wall, and my wife is allergic to bees. I called several places, none of which could or would come out late on a Friday afternoon. I called Family Home Pest Control and explained my situation and urgency to Jon. He contacted one of his technicians in the field and they were able to respond within a few hours. The technician, Joe, was friendly and helpful. He listened to my concerns, told me how he was going to help me, then took care of the bee problem. He fully explained what I should expect to see and happen. The price was fair, the service was great and I will gladly call them again in the future! Thank you for the last minute service call guys!
The best! I called over 10 pest control places for quotes. Family Home Pest control was my last call and I ended up on the phone with John the owner for over 30 min! Everyone I've dealt with has been super helpful. Great service, and my pest problem was resolved super fast! I was extra impressed that they even gave us a pair of kitchen knives for using the service. Brandon our pest man taught me a lot of new things and helpful tips. I felt totally confident that he could get the job done effectively… whereas no way would I use Terminix when they couldn’t even figure out what the problem was.
I called 5 other pest controls, and already from the conversation on the phone, I knew this one was the best! Other companies would seem put off by my questions, and even said they'd have to charge me a $95 inspection fee just to come out there and answer a simple question.
He found signs on the mattress, and he could even identify what type of bug it was based on just the bites on my arm alone. He was so knowledgeable!

I had actually called Terminix the day before to find out if I had bed bugs, and the guy who came out for inspection basically said “well, I didn’t find any signs of anything…but since you’ve been getting bites for over a month, you probably have bed bugs or maybe fleas.” Then he just left after leaving me feeling just as confused as I was before calling him.
Desperately needing peace of mind, I called someone else for a second opinion and John did a thorough search and found signs of bed bugs right away!
