I've been coming here for a number of months. I'm the least athletically coordinated person on the planet, but my girlfriend eventually convinced me to start going. Classes are priced comparably to any gym class membership, and the atmosphere is entirely conducive to folks who are super-skilled and to those who are total rookies (or generally terrible at sports, like myself). Both boxers and trainers are generous and friendly, looking to help each person improve to the best of their ability.
It's a wildly fun and exhausting full-body workout, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for activity that's a little bit outside of the box.

Great place to learn to box, a fun way to work out with great teachers in a positive environment. Get into sparring if you want, or just learn to punch and hit mitts and bags. There are people of all fitness and skill levels so it's not intimidating. No meat head BS, great prices.
