Clean and well organized! Very friendly gym. Set up well for kettle or traditional lifting. Tracy and her counterpart were awesome.

Great place for a real workout. Classes are an hour long and always work your core. The trainers are encouraging but not over the top. Great for body sculpting or just staying in shape.
