Guys we're polite but told me I had to go online to return my broken screen protector... waste of time to go into the store
Was on hold for 30 min before I hung up. Absolutely will not shop someplace with that bad of customer service. Their app tells you it's in stock most of the time when it's not and I'm not going to drive the hour there to find out so I'll just go to the manufacturer.
Stopped by within posted business hours to find a shop completely closed and barricaded with no employee in sight (long gone). Quickest way to 100% lose my business. Thanks for wasting my time.
Got a new phone a lot cheaper than my tmobile. And I even got a gift card. Solid service. Good stuff bruh
My experience with this company at the moment is atrocious... I purchased a LG Bluetooth headset for my wife January 2 (2017). The item proved defective... because two weeks had passed upon returning it I was informed it must be returned to the manufacturer, we did. We were informed by LG that the item would be replaced within 7-days... More than a month later the item has not been returned... We are being given the runaround by LG and by Best Buy... Best Buy has our money ($120.00) and refuses to support us in addressing LG who as not replace our LG Tone Headphones... We are now on the phone for two-hours with Best Buy, were we have apparently been placed on Permanent Hold (in other words being ignored).... I advise do not purchase from either company if you anticipate needing customer service; apparently their is none to be had with either... My next call is to Consumer Protection... I advise you to purchase from Amazon or some company that has true consumer protection and customer care... Obviously best buy (worst buy) and LG (larceny grand) do not...
