I delivered to this mall in a semi truck and had to shut down in the parking lot. Needless to say I went into JC pennies and being so close to Christmas I just spent about $400. I haven't been in a JCPenney in many years but when I was a small child my mom used to make me circle the pictures of things out of their catalog that I wanted for Christmas. What a great memory this has brought back. Thanks JC
I had stopped into the fine jewelry department with my husband to try to find a gift for my daughters graduation, the young man Frank was fantastic. He knows how to attentively listen to the customers needs, speaks from the heart and has the time and patience to help you find the perfect gift. He will go far in this world.
