Rob was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked about the new set he began to argue with me about the damage to the first set saying that it looked fine to him. He also said that he didn't think both pieces were coming back and assumed I still had the pillows. I paid for this set and have nothing. The delivery company picked up all the pieces. He did not answer my questions about getting the new set.
I took photos and went down to the store. Joann was great and helped me find a new set from a different location as they were out. She also set up a time for the delivery company to get the old set and replace it the next day.

Me and other employees well all of us have Ben stealing money form the stor over the last couple of weeks and its getting out of control.it needs to stop.at first it was fun now its just rude and I feel bad .....im sorry
At this point, I am frustrated to the point of tears. Paid for a product two weeks ago that I do not have and have had the WORST customer service experience from both Big Lots and S and K Deliveries.
I forgot how much I like big lots! Went here a little while ago, but before that, I hadn't been there in forever! And I was missing out!! Big lots has a little bit of everything, so whatever you need- they probably have it. At great prices too. They even have furniture! I like the household items- laundry soap,fabric softener,shampoo and conditioner. But I like 2 check out everything, they get new stuff all the time. If you haven't already been there- I recommend you to stop in & check it out.
Finally, my set was delivered (late, outside of the 2 hour window I was given). The delivery guy appeared to be fidgeting with the side of the couch before he left so I investigated. There were holes, fluff coming out of the couch and cushions, metal poking out due to poor construction, and dirt/discoloration.
I had a couch set that I purchased from Big Lots. When I got it, I let the associate know that I wasn't getting my keys to my new place for about 5 days. She said it was fine and that they could hold the set for a week or longer if needed. The next morning I get a call from the delivery company saying that they were 5 minutes from the house I wasn't living at and they attempted to deliver the couches. Obviously there was no communication from Big Lots to the delivery company or any communication from the delivery company to myself to arrange drop off. I left message after message with no response from them. I called Big Lots several times about my concern and they said they could do nothing.
The delivery company showed up (outside the time frame they set) and picked up the old set but had no idea about the new set. I called Joann who said she was going to follow up with the delivery company as she told them about the set earlier in the morning. I decided to give it another day to see if I heard from the delivery company (each time I have to leave a voicemail) but hadn't heard anything so I called Big Lots to find out what is going on.
Great friendly people . Always there to help you. I've never had to search someone down for help
