They do a decent job, but it's to the point that, if my son was doing the work, I'd make him do it again (if that makes sense).

How is it the locations that spent 10 minutes each visit to try to read the barcode couldn't correct this if the only solution was to simply create a new account and replace a silly sticker?

No apology for the inability to use the product, no empowerment for on location employees to correct a simple issue, not convenient, poor access to support for a product priced as a "business level", no thank you.

I have been coming this place for almost 14 years. Customer service was great however, now a days there customer service is really horrible. There was this incident happened to me. Last week I came to this place to have my car washed and I was suggested by one of the guy that he can be able to do shampooing the back seat for $15.00 and I promised him to come back the following week and left. Afte a week later I came by to have it done and I was told that he will be charge me $30 +$22 for everything. I was like What a shock! I ask for a manager that I can speak? Then, Manager willing to work with me by offering me to shampoo a few spot. Mgr. Did what supposed to do to make his customer happy. Thnx

The "mini detail" is just awful. I've tried a couple of times, thinking it must have been an anomaly how bad it was the first time. I opted for the "super interior". They missed a bunch vacuuming and when I pointed it out they said that it was just quickly done because I didn't pay for the shampoo and got argumentative. If they are going to vacuum as part of the service, one would think they would do it well. One would also think an interior detail, specifically a "super interior" would be a decent vacuum job. They also did not call when it was finished after saying they would, which they've done twice. It's really unfortunate that they are the only full service place in Portland. I'm driving out to Beaverton Car Wash next time I need the interior done. The drive through wash is fine, I do the subscription service, but only because it's conveniently located.

Regarding the "unlimited program" and customer service. This location placed the RFID/barcode tag on the inside of the windshield and almost every location after could not read the tag. None of the locations could replace the tag, so they eventually gave the contact info for customer service. When I finally reached someone during their business hours (9am-3pm), after getting 4 total washes, the agent began by telling me the account needed to be renewed with updated credit card info. What? Before understanding the problem you want me to pay for another month of inaccessible service? ...After she actually listened to the issue described, she stated the only solution was to cancel the account and create a new one.

These guys are the busiest car wash in the known universe (or, at least, Portland, Oregon, USA, Earth). They do every type of wash from a simple, drive-through exterior to a full-on inside-and-out. They are professional and fast. They work hard and don't mess around with your stuff. Once you go, you'll be back. The line LOOKS long, but there are three lanes and it moves swiftly. OH, and there's POPCORN while you wait (indoors if it's yucky outside, or on nice chairs and tables with umbrellas if it's nice out) and they have very good WiFi.

I'm grateful my bank had randomly issued a new card, otherwise they would have automatically charged another month of unusable service. One can only imagine how that conversation would have ended.

Why is support so limited to a "customer service" person with limited hours but an automatic monthly renewal that requires SEVEN business days advanced cancellation?

If you don't live in the area, expect to wait in a tiny waiting area or outside in the elements.

They did an efficient job of detailing my 2015 Honda Fit for around $60.00. The whole process took a little over an hour, which means I was able to walk to and wait from home while they did their work.
